Low-income and historically disadvantaged communities throughout California face barriers to opportunities that could break cycles of poverty. This request will support equitable investment and financing that will help lift communities out of poverty by supporting CDFI investments to build affordable housing, support small businesses, invest in and expand access to quality childcare and healthcare.
